....done this week. 40. More than I think i did all year last year. Glad to be done with a huge project, but thrilled to be getting back in the craft.

creative space
So I claim to post more and weeks go by and nothing. I've been dealing with lots of life changes, with family, work. Just lots going on. Blogging has not been front of mind.
I took some time out last week to change my creative space. I hope to be scrapbooking more in 07, and wanted to expand what I had which was only a small amount of shelving in the corner of the living room. All the shelving is from the Container Store, and I am proud to say that I put it all up myself. Funny how you surprise yourself when situations force you to do something that you arent that comfortable with..i.e using a power drill.
Makes me quite happy everytime I walk into the living room. Thrilled to have a nice long workspace for Aiden and I. I have since put up another shelf which holds my printer, and finished painting the walls. Happy happy.
Tomorrow I start my first day of work at a new store, the 6th ave, location of the Container Store. I am still in the Sales Trainer role, just in a different local. I am going to miss my old coworkers horribly, they are like family to me, but really excited about taking a new turn and meeting mew people. This is the highest grossing store for the company, so it's neat to get to be a part of all the hustle and bustle. And it that much closer to Whole Foods and Trader Joes, which is a major plus.
